Need to rent a room?

Each training room at C-TREC is available to rent for day, night or weekend classes.  Features available in each of the training rooms include:

  • 12 to 16 student PCs with 1 or more instructor PC's (larger rooms available upon request)
  • Large monitors, mostly 19 " Flat Screen LCD's for students with an additional 15" Flat Screen LCD that shows the instructor's PC.
  • Server: ML110, P4 3.2GHz, 2GB RAM, Hard Drive 1: 80GB, Hard Drive 2: 160GB, CD and DVD drives.
  • Each room has a VGA multiplier system, allowing a shared view of the activity on the instructor's PC.
  • All classrooms include a "write wall" - one wall with writeable wallpaper.
  • Internet connectivity can be provided as needed.

Services and Amenities
  • Our on-staff experts can provide full room setup per your installation instructions.  All other classroom setup/install must be completed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. one business day before class begins.  Additional fees apply.
  • Coffee and Tea bar with morning donuts provided.
  • Lunch or snack catering can be provided by specialty catering services.  Additional fees apply.
  • C-TREC also has several seminar/business meeting rooms available without PC's, ideal for 15 to 50 attendees.  Includes overhead projection with widescreen capabilities.
  • Wireless access to the Internet is provided at no cost.
  • Other additional visual aides may be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made without notice is subject to 100% charge of Setup / Install Services and Catering Services.  Cancellation made within seven business days is subject to 50% of Setup / Install Services and Catering Services cost.  Cancellations made within at least 15 business days is free of any Setup / Install Services or Catering Services fees.
